Compelling story. Great tempo and read. Knocked it out in a couple days and I'm not a fast reader. The story is believable and relatable. I found myself challenged to reflect on my roles as employee, husband, and dad. 'The Sale' is on my short list of books I will reread. I found it struck a deep chord with me over the final chapters and I was taken by surprise at the level of emotional connection I felt to Matt's journey toward being a person with long-term focus. His story could be mine (minus the millions on the line, haha) on some level, EVERY DAY. This Book is not just about a Sale. It’s about personal integrity and how it influences and affects everything we do. What a fitting book about integrity in the workforce and how it correlates to our personal lives! The fable is spot on about the stresses we unnecessarily put on ourselves due to comparison to others or following unrealistic timelines to how we fall into traps where we are asked to compromise our personal values. Jon Gordon and Alex Demczak share a great message and an awesome read with all of us!

Jon Gordon is one of my favorite authors. Alex Demczak now joins the list! The Sale is a great easy book to read! Jon Gordon has a style that takes you through the journey of the life of Matt. He captures your interest, draws you in, and provides you with opportunities to think along with him about the many issues Matt faces. The reader is invited to join in on all of the thoughts. We have all heard the word integrity, but when we are faced with choices, how do we respond. These are the lessons explored, taught, and felt as you turn the pages to the very end. Join in and learn! Great to do with a group, with a few, or alone. You will not want to put it down once you begin! Well Done, Jon and Alex!
