I was pleased to get an early copy of this stunning book from Net Galley . The pictures are an inspiration in it’s own way. After reading this book I went out and replanned my herb and medicine garden. I have always been interested in using herbs and flowers in crafts and beauty products but Now I am inspired to do more. And the recipes will be a great addition to my collections of teas,salves, and more. I cant wait for the weather changes and i can get in the garden. I have some new plants and seeds to try. Thanks to the publisher and Net Galley for suppling an early copy of this book.

I received my book last week and started diving in right away. Beautiful photos that bring the material to life. It is a lot of great information on how to set up herbal gardens, materia medica of course, how to prepare your medicines and recipes for food and drinks, after you have grown all your herbs. This book is a visual pleasure to read and well versed herbalists and gardeners and newbies alike will find new and fun information in this book. Highly recommend and if you are interested, I am also a student of Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine and Juliet is a wonderful teacher! Check it out!
